Position: SaaS Software Data Reviewer
Referral Partner: Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $30–$37/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
Analyze and interpret data generated from B2B SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, Linear, Salesforce) to identify insights relevant to employee or business workflows.
Create high-quality prompts and corresponding responses based on real SaaS ticket content.
Draft evaluation rubrics and documentation to guide AI behavior and performance review.
Reference and interpret platform data while maintaining clarity and context in deliverables.

Proficiency with task management, CRM, and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Slack, Salesforce, Dynamics).
Strong writing skills with attention to clarity and structure.
Prior experience in prompt writing, data training, or technical documentation is a plus.
