Role Purpose

The Head of the SU leads the Union in delivering flexible services which can adapt to changing student needs. Through management of the SU team they ensure that the vision, goals and core values of the SU are achieved through the effective deployment of the organisation’s resources. 

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have a proven background in an SU, membership or democratic organisation. They will be confident, proactive, and have good reporting and communication skills. They must be to degree / equivalent level, or with directly relevant experience in SU/student facing roles.
