Are you an experienced, motivated and utterly brilliant PPC Manager? Want to work for a leader in B2B Saas and flex your Pay-Per-Click muscles?

We are a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 60k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.

What we need and what you'll be doing...........

Once for All is seeking a skilled and motivated Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our PPC campaigns to drive quality leads and contribute to the overall commercial growth of the organization.

PPC Campaign Strategy:

Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance campaign performance.

Campaign Setup and Management:

Create, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting bids, ad copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better conversion rates.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budget effectively across different campaigns and channels.

Provide regular budget forecasts and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.

Keyword Optimisation:

Continuously monitor and refine keyword lists to ensure relevance and performance.

Utilize negative keywords to filter out irrelevant traffic and improve campaign efficiency.

Ad Copy Creation:

Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Regularly refresh ad creatives to maintain engagement and relevance.

Landing Page Optimization:

Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages for conversion.

Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse user behaviour, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Stay Informed and Educated:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure the competitiveness of our PPC campaigns.

What we need you to have.....

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field / or some really good work experience.

· Be able to come to our Basingstoke office and hang with the rest of the team at least 3 times a week.

· Experience of working within a Saas business.

· Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a successful track record of lead generation and conversion.

· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.

· Experience of working across all social channels ie YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram etc

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
