Role - Account Manager
Location - Hybrid (Mainly WFH)
Salary - Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Comms Structure + Career Development

CCS Media are looking for an Account Manager whereby you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and presenting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of potential clients. You'll be at the forefront on all strategic engagements, understand the customer's requirements and providing a consultative approach in reaching their technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of CCS Media's solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently driving new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the existing Accounts team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage market intelligence to position CCS Media as a leader in the IT solutions space.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and technology trends is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
