Exciting Opportunity for a Team Leader at St Andrews, WelwynGarden City

Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

Management Support:

  • Assist the Manager, DeputyManager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient and caring running ofthe home in their absence.
  • Work in a direct capacityalongside the Care Management Team.

Resident Care:

  • Support residents with all aspects of personal care,maintaining and promoting independence.
  • Supervise staff andprovide induction support.
  • Encourage staff to take a personalinterest in residents and the home to create a happy, caringatmosphere.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Ensureall staff complete required duties during their shift or communicateany issues at handover.
  • Review and develop residents' careplans on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).
  • Two years ofexperience at a Senior Care level.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health &Social Care.
