About the role The Technology Solutions (TS) Projects team requires a Lead Business Analyst (BA) to manage a team of Business Analysts. The BA team is responsible for running workshops, leading requirements gathering and analysis, and shaping continuous improvement activity. Reporting into the Head of Technology Portfolio Planning and Delivery, the BA team ensures that business benefits will be delivered to our stakeholders across the Museum through enhanced use of technology and improved business processes. In this newly created role you will utilise your experience to build and develop an effective ‘Centre of Excellence’ (CoE) for Business Analysis. You will lead the team and create a high performing and efficient function through use of best practice, as well as developing and upskilling the team. The Lead Business Analyst will be expected to work on analysis activities at a Museum strategic level, as well as across projects and programmes. This gives the role holder a chance to work with staff members across the museum and the opportunity to always learn something new. About you You are a strong leader who is able to take charge and work with people effectively at all levels across and outside of the Museum, using well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills. You are proactive and flexible using your initiative to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. You have considerable relevant work experience with technology and digital systems, and proven experience of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
