We’re partnered with a highly creative and innovative early stage digital scale-up who are looking to hire an exceptional Digital Project Manager for an initial interim term of 6 months. Reporting into the Digital Director, and partnering with third party development and design agencies, tech partners and internal stakeholders, your role is to coordinate, facilitate and drive towards the successful and impactful launch of their very exciting and disruptive new global web platform. Experience in tech start-up/scaleup environments is key here alongside a track record of successfully managing digital projects in luxury online businesses (ecommerce or marketplace)

Own the set up and ongoing project management of the build (project scoping, documentation, meetings, stakeholder comms) and working closely with dev partners to ensure overall tech feasibility.
• Create strategic content and own the communication of decisions and deadlines to broader stakeholder team
• Track and manage dependencies to unblock partnership development, anticipating risks and putting mitigations in place and escalating when needed
• At least 5+ years of project management experience within tech startup / scaleup environments
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace or luxury industry would be a big plus
• Experienced in cross-functional or multiple workstream project management, with the ability to tailor approaches to create structure and accountability and ultimately deliver projects on time
• Pragmatic, logic-driven and solution-focused, with a clear understanding of how to prioritize and recommend what is critical to execution and successful project delivery
• Industry recognised Project Management certifications (Prince2 / PMP etc)
