Clinical Care Home Lead Matron

Monarch Healthcare, an established care provider, is recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, S2. At Heeley Bank, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. We are a forward-thinking company focused on improving the quality of life for all through person-centred care and support. Hours:40 hours, comprising of a mix of nursing shifts and managerial duties. Typically, 1 nursing shift per week and the remaining hours supernumerary for supporting areas including but not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
Shift Times:Nursing shift times 07:45-20:00. Rostered shifts will include some weekends, bank holidays and on call hours
Location:Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 (Please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying)
We are looking for a Nurse qualified candidate with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the staff team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and Healthcare professionals.
