What You'll Bring to the Table Required Skills: Deep expertise in Identity Access Management frameworks, policies, and standards Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Privilege Manager, and similar solutions Strong understanding of access controls, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management Proficiency in implementing and managing security policies aligned with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, define SOWs, and oversee service delivery Ability to analyse access-related risks and respond effectively during security incidents Experience in developing and enforcing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and orphan account mitigation Knowledge of cybersecurity audits, regulatory regimes, and compliance assessments Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams within global organizations Understanding of emerging IAM trends and innovative security solutions Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degrees preferred Minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on IAM leadership roles Hands-on experience managing IAM systems in complex, multi-site environments Demonstrated success in developing strategic security roadmaps and governance frameworks Other Requirements: Willingness to collaborate across departments, including IT, HR, Data Privacy, and Compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities Experience working with external partners and vendors in delivering IAM solutions A proactive attitude towards continuous learning to stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats If you are ready to lead transformative security initiatives and protect vital organizational assets, apply now and become a key driver of our cybersecurity excellence.
