Head of Human Resources Gloucestershire

Are you currently a senior HRBP / HR Manager looking for the next step? As the Head of Human Resources, you will be the main person creating and embedding a HR strategy and toolkit into a rapidly growing, very established and secure, privately owned retail group, with operations across the UK.

Work effectively with the Management Group to help develop and deliver the HR agenda and corporate plans
Oversight and delivery of the day-to day operational HR service
Oversee, support and guide all operational HR processes
Lead on recruitment for the company
Work effectively with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues in a legally compliant, compassionate, commercially astute and timely manner
Support Line Managers across the organisation in building competence, capabilities and confidence through coaching and direct support
Leadership of HR/People-related projects
To be considered for this role you should be CIPD qualified /chartered member and have a background operating in a senior position in a busy HR team. Excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record of delivering outstanding HR and recruitment services is also required as is an up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
