Trainee Paint Sprayer - Manufacturing / Production Abatec is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Paint Sprayer for our client's Production Team based in Highbridge. No prior experience is required, but punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills are imperative. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. The company are offering:

  • Consistent shifts
  • Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Friday 7:30am-1:30pm
  • No weekends
  • Full training provided
  • Progression and upskilling
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing products and component for paint spraying.
  • Paint spraying products to a high-quality.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure equipment is cleaned regularly.
  • Quality control and inspection work.
  • Ensure a tidy work environment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
Personal skills and experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and initiative-taking ability.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Paint Spraying experience would be an advantage
