Part-Time Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper required 26 hours a week flexible working hours to suit the applicant.
A newly created role for a boutique recruitment business. Sage experience is essential and experience in a stand alone environment is essential.
Duties include:
- Prepare the Company's banking & account reconciliation.
- Input & manage Purchase and Sales Ledgers also Nominal and Management Reporting, VAT Returns and Credit Control.
- Produce monthly reports for Directors.
Reporting to the Managing Director as the person in charge of all Bookkeeping you assist in liaison with the Company's accountants and preparation of the staff wages. You will also assist with general duties in the office. Answering the phone, handling customer enquirers face to face and assisting the existing management team and other staff wherever possible.
