Technical Manager - Warwickshire or London (UB area) - Up to £55,000 + Car + Bonus
Our client, a leading supplier of fresh produce to the UK retail, food service, and wholesale sectors, is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and globally connected supply chain. Based in Warwickshire or London (UB) , this position requires a proactive professional to exceed customer expectations and ensure seamless operations within the fresh produce industry.

Manage and ensure compliance with UK and EU food sector regulations for safety and legality.
Support the execution of trade plans with a focus on commercial objectives and timelines.
Build strong relationships with head office retail customers through regular engagement.
Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Travel to UK sites and occasionally to international farming operations as needed.

Degree (QCF level 5–6) in a relevant academic discipline.
~3–5 years’ experience within a technical, commercial, or procurement role in a short-shelf-life food supply business, ideally fresh produce.
~ Proven expertise in managing complex supply chains with a commercial focus.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systems.
~ Flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas.
~ Full UK driving licence (clean).
~ Additional languages (advantageous but not essential).
