Do you enjoy working in finance? We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our clients small and friendly team in Dorking. Your duties will include:- Managing daily receipts with precision. Processing of cheques and banking tasks, keeping records accurate and up-to-date. Issuing invoices promptly and professionally. Be a problem-solving hero by managing accounts in arrears with empathy and efficiency. Chase outstanding payments. Administering collections via direct debit and standing orders. Take ownership of reserve or rent deposit accounts, ensuring financial stability and security. Generating financial reports as needed. Ensure financial records are in harmony by reconciling cashbooks with bank statements. Manage the payment process seamlessly, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. Contribute to the preparation of Property Year End Accounts.The successful candidate will have previous finance/accounts experience with strong communication and organisational skills. You must have a good attention to detail and be able to work independently. Is this the role for you?
