Job Description As a HSQE advisor you would provide support, guidance, and advice to help ensure the delivery of company internal and external audit programmes, in order to help ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems, legal, client and business requirements.
Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
This role will require regional travel to support sites.
Help develop and manage an annual internal and external HSE risk-based programme for allocated sites and arrange and conduct HSE audits as required, utilising up to date audit documentation ensuring compliance to the company audit programme.
Assist and provide advice regarding development, maintenance, review, production and implementation of Risk Assessments (including COSHH), safe systems of work and the provision and use of appropriate protective equipment.
Work, in collaboration with the training department, to secure the regular safety training of employees.
Complete fire and facilities audits& Risk assessments
NEBOSH National General Certificate is highly beneficial.
Awareness of ISO9001 andunderstanding of SharePoint.
PC literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word in particular.
Competent in carrying out Noise and Lighting surveys and delivering Manual Handling training.
A full UK driving licence is required.
