Head of Payroll
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Payroll to lead global payroll operations for a prestigious global firm. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with a passion for delivering best-in-class payroll services and a desire to take on a global challenge.
Define and execute the global payroll strategy, aligning with the business objectives and values.
Manage the daily operations of payroll activities across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality service delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Lead compliance and risk management within payroll operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations and tax laws.
Oversee the digital transformation of the global payroll process, including system development and implementation.
Build and develop a strong global payroll team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with third-party payroll providers to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Payroll Professional (CIPP) designation preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple countries.
Experience managing large-scale payroll operations in a global organisation.
