Young Peoples Advisor (Leaving Care) **
We are working in partnership with a Local Authority based in the Ellesmere Port area who are lookingto appoint aYoung Peoples Advisorto work within theLeaving Care Service.
It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Ellesmere Port, as whilst we work in a hybrid model, there is an expectation of regular working from our office bases)
Rate of Pay - £14 - £18 per hour.(Negotiable depending on experience)
Enhance the ability for all young people leaving care, enabling them to realise their full potential and become successful in all aspects of their lives.
Provide a targeted, outcome focussed service to children and young people who are legally defined as a care leaver and therefore entitled to services.
Offer supervision and manage caseloads, working alongside a team of experienced young peoples advisors, social workers and team manager.
Personal Advisor / Leaving Care Support
Local Authority / Public Sector experience.
