As Business Controller, you will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of all aspects of the Used Truck. You will create and drive active dialogue with stakeholders throughout the organisation, to ensure financial understanding, maximise sales performance and increase profitability. Attention to detail – Prepare wholesale month end management accounts, including margin analysis.• Strong Communication - Support and advise our business managers in understanding financial and business performance, including income statements and KPIs. • Proactive – Ability to systematically improve performance in line with or exceeding targets. • Organised – Support the fleet business by being the key financial lead in their monthly reviews.• Analytical – Running analysis and interpretation of results and KPI’s (actual, projections, and plans) and using this information to formulate and present weekly volume and margin forecasting.• Strong Leadership skills - Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.Meet The ManagerEmma has been with Scania for 8 years and has continually grown within the business throughout this time, currently overseeing financial operations throughout our vast Sales organisation, as the Head of Finance and Controls.Quote from the Emma“There is lots to like about working at Scania, the amazing products, the excellent facilities, but what stands out above all is the people.
