Job Description:
  • Conduct property valuations for various purposes, including mortgages, sales, and investment
  • Inspect properties and take precise measurements of building and sites
  • Write detailed reports on property conditions and valuations
  • Work closely with solicitors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, standards and guidelines
  • Stay updated on changes in the property market and industry regulations
Requirements:
  • AssocRICS qualified graduate
  • Real estate background (minimum 2 years' experience)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
