ROLE: Head of Supply Chain
Willenhall (Office based)
We are currently working with a leading wholesaler and manufacturer, based in Willenhall, who are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their team.
Competitive bonus (based on hitting KPIs).
Company pension.
Travel expenses when commuting to other sites.
The right candidate will have a strong background within supply chain and logistics; leading both demand planning and transport teams.
Experience with short shelf-life food is required, due to the nature of the business and the successful candidate will also hold a CPC qualification.
Managing the Transport and Demand Planning team, consisting of 6 team members.
Route optimisation and strategically planning the entire operation.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure inventory is correctly documented and ordered.
Developing an annual budget and allocating funds for the logistics department.
Preparing financial reports for senior management.
