Working Hours: 08:15 am - 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our students receive the care and guidance they need to succeed. Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Assisting in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs.
Supporting students in developing vital social, emotional, and academic skills to help them grow holistically.
Monitoring student progress and sharing valuable feedback with teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
Assisting with classroom management and behavior support, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning space.

To excel as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll need:

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications or training in special education would be a bonus.
