The Role As a Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You will: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and placement Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise This is a commercially focused, people-driven role offering exposure to senior decision-makers and complex business challenges from the outset.
