Job Description Are you a seasoned recruitment leader ready to ditch the constraints of a large corporation and drive the success of your own venture? CircleSquare is seeking a Director or Partner to propel our next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:

Spearheading business development plans to expand our client base
Cultivating and managing key client relationships
Assisting the other Partner with candidate engagement at pivotal steps in the recruitment process.
Actively participating in shaping the company's overall strategic direction

Your Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years in a leadership role within a recruitment agency ideally with a focus in the financial services sectors Bonus would be M&A or Private Equity
Proven track record in building and managing client portfolios, demonstrating tangible results.
Solid candidate placement record
A strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
