Position: SEN Class Teacher

Duration: 📆 Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

Experience working with students with Autism and associated needs.
🎓 Previous experience teaching pupils with Special Education, particularly Autism with high support needs and lower academic levels.
🛠️ Ability to effectively manage pupil behaviour during lessons.
💬 QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
🔒 An enhanced Child or Child & Adult barred list DBS certificate.

Teaching to a class of varying needs including varied types of communication (non-verbal & Physical).
📚 Adapting the syllabus according to the individual students' EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).
📊 Making appropriate use of a range of monitoring and assessment strategies to evaluate pupils' progress.
💬We specialize in providing top-notch education to children with Autism and associated needs, spanning from ages 5 to 19 years old.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

✅ Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
