This role is less about coding, and more about leveraging analytics, insight, and testing strategy to spark discovery and deliver measurable impact across our web properties.
Lead with data: transform performance metrics and behavioral insights into clear hypotheses and winning strategies
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and regional teams to align testing with business goals
Guide the implementation of winning variants into CMS platforms like WordPress or Contentful
5+ years working in CRO, digital analytics, or web performance roles
~2+ years leading teams, ideally within a testing or analytics function
~ Hands-on experience with Optimizely (or similar platforms) and a data-forward mindset
~ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SQL to turn insights into action
~ Skilled at distilling data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decisions
~ Strong project management instincts with the ability to rally cross-functional teams
