We are looking for at least + 2 years PQE Wills, Trust & Probate fee earner to join the team at our busy office in Hedge End, Southampton.

The candidate will need to be either a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

The role will involve Probate, the preparation of Wills and Trusts and the provision of general tax advice, Trust and Estate Administration and the provision of general tax advice, the preparation of General and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Powers of Attorney and, ideally, Court of Protection work.

Good communication skills are essential, as fee earners are required to communicate regularly with clients when taking instructions and giving advice. They will have previous experience in the areas above and be able to manage and prioritise their own caseload.

The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will be strong, and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems and an ability to use (government) online systems.

The role is permanent & full-time.
