Here at GXO, we’re working together with B&Q and are looking for Driver Mate to join our Store to Home team in Croydon (CR0 4YA).
You’ll be working on a full-time , permanent basis, on an ‘Any 5 days out of 7’ pattern, contracted to 40hrs per week, with start time at 09:00. This role will require flexibility as you will be working on a 3 week rota pattern (provided in advance) including weekends.
An hourly rate of £13.A potential to earn and additional £100 every 6 months via the attendance bonus scheme (Ts & Cs apply)
Overtime pay of £19.58 per hour (when applicable, paid over 40hrs)

Assist the delivery driver in parking and manoeuvring a company vehicle as well as loading and unloading of vehicles as and when required
Experience of dealing with multi drop home delivery preferred but not essential
Willingness to complete manual handling tasks such as pulling, lifting, and pushing
Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Check)
Be prepared to commute to Croydon (CR0 4YA) for the required shift pattern
