The company is a major supplier of aggregates, asphalt, readymix concrete, concrete products and road surfacing and civil engineering services to the construction industry and civil engineering sectors.
Due to continued growth, Hillhouse Group are looking to hire a Class C volumetric concrete driver, based from our depot in Glasgow.
The successful applicant will join our team at Hillhouse Group carrying out deliveries on the volumetric concrete mixer, covering Glasgow, Ayrshire and surrounding areas. Due to the technical nature of these machines,experience of volumetric concrete mixer would be beneficial, however not essential as full training will be provided. Once fully trained you will not only be a driver but a machine operator and concrete expert too. We deliver to all customers, domestic and commercial.
Check volumetric mixer for defects before making deliveries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Ensure you have a great attitude when carrying out deliveries to customers.
• Good knowledge of driving hours.
Valid Class 2 license
• Valid Digital Tachograph
• Minimum 2 years driving
• Salary: Competitive based on experience with opportunities for overtime.
Job Type:Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday – with Weekend availability
