As a Senior/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the well-being and development of our young people. One-on-One Support: Providing individualised care and support.
* Assisting children with daily tasks such as education, mealtimes, and recreational activities.
* Emotional Support: Offering empathy and a listening ear to help children build confidence and self-esteem.
* Working closely with other staff members, therapists, and families to create a holistic support system.
* Progress Tracking: Documenting and reporting on each child's progress and challenges.
Experience working with children, particularly with challenging behaviour.
* Ability to work as part of a team around the young people.
* Level 3 for Senior applicants.
