We are looking for someone to join our team as an Onboarding Manager to oversee all site inductions of subcontractors.

The Onboarding Manager role
A member of the project team reporting to the Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, coordination and delivery of all site inductions for subcontractors, staff and visitors. Engagement with all members of the project team to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Understanding the status of the Project and ensuring the delivery of the induction represents is up to date.
Work experience within the construction industry is of benefit, but not essential.
