PMO Coördinator

This Project Coordinator role is afantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a progressive, family-run SME based in Shrewsbury.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing technical direction/supervision and support to colleagues, sub-contractors and clients for the installation of canopies and outdoor structures.
Managing site setup and monitoring of all trades remotely.
Conducting thorough preparation and technical checks for upcoming projects, including comprehensive drawing reviews.
Attend pre-start and other site meetings from the office via Teams
Carry out site surveys on schools and other public buildings across the UK (this role is predominantly office based in Shrewsbury, the site surveys are ad hoc)
Ability to carry out measured survey including levels.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
Leadership qualities
Have commercial awareness
Driving Licence
Be prepared to travel as required
SSSTS / SMSTS
CSCS qualified
Canopy or similar steel structure installation
CAD drawing ability
In return, as Project Coordinator you will receive a salary of between GBP35k to GBP40k per annum. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30pm (flexibility will be needed to support site activity and some travelling).
