- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing product guidance and support.
- Secure both new and renewal business by collaborating with insurers to present the best coverage options.
- Attend client and underwriter meetings as required.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations, ensuring full compliance.
- Meet all reporting requirements set by the FCA, ensuring team adherence to these standards where necessary.
- Conduct thorough file and sales audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactively engage with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) initiatives, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
- Continuously enhance your skills through regular training and assessment.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and actively represent the company at industry events.
- Prioritise client communications, ensuring swift and efficient responses.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and adhere strictly to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
