You will have an ability to oversee maintenance projects with effectively managing the finance inventory and minimise wastage and spending. You must have the ability and understanding to work flexible days/hours as needed based on demand of the house.
You must have worked as a House Manager in a large, fully staffed and busy household ideally with some multiple property management experience.
Planning
The ability to ensure the house has an organization chart showing both structure and people that is compatible with the financial plans of the house discussed.
Work with management to develop and install a system of standards of performance, whereby everyone may objectively appraise their own performance.
Implement performance planning and review all staff, according to established performance standards and mutually agreed upon results to budgeted plans.

Set minimum acceptable standards of quality, operation and service as benchmark point of self-measurement.
Maintain to supervise staff performance, ensuring direction is given where needed.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the client.
