IT Support Agent - London (Hybrid) - Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for customer service? We have an exciting role where you’ll help shape a rapidly growing digital platform, now part of a leading global group.

About the Role:

One of numi's core partners are looking for an IT Support Agent, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of digital platforms. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch user experience as we continue to scale

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering remote support via phone, email, and video channels
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, logging tickets, and following them through to resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve platform-related issues and document defects.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting and managing shared inboxes.
  • Supporting client demos and communicating software updates to use

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in IT support or customer service (e-commerce experience is a bonus).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, especially when handling challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under time constraints.
  • Analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
