We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our client’s operations team, playing a key role in supporting the Engineering Manager and project management office.

This temporary 8-12-week role, based in Hartlepool, involves coordinating the flow of goods and services, providing essential administrative and operational support.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and the procurement function, ensuring everything from stock availability to supplier accounts is handled smoothly.

Managing administrative tasks, including maintaining Oracle and Q-Pulse systems
Coordinating with finance to create or update supplier accounts
Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle
