We are currently recruiting for a locum Senior Housing Lawyer to join a successful in-house Legal Services team.

Our client is a well-respected Council in South London. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Housing Lawyer to join them for a locum contract, initially for 3 months and likely to be extended thereafter.

The ideal Senior Housing Lawyer will have experience of Housing Law matters, including:

  • Anti social behaviour
  • Injunctions
  • Possession proceedings
  • Disrepair claims

The role will involve management of 3 other Housing Lawyers, so the ideal candidate will have prior experience of supervising and managing staff.

The successful Senior Housing Lawyer will need to attend the office with their team 2 days a week in South London. On offer is a competitive hourly rate, and a chance to get involved in interesting work, as well as some governance matters.
