Eventus Recruitment Cheshire are seeking an Senior Paraplanner to join a very successful Financial Planning business based in Stockport, Cheshire. The role is to support the Financial Planners in providing, implementing and reviewing strategies and advice to private and corporate clients. This will include monitoring and reporting to clients in respect of various types of financial products. Supporting Consultants in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports.
* Supporting the Consultants in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
* Have a full understanding of Holistic Financial Planning and be comfortable querying consultants. Have experience of dealing with all aspects of advice, such as Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts etc…
* Experience of bonds and higher risk investments such as EIS/VCT/BPR.
* Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal
* Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
* Good report writing skills.
* This should include knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning). Attention to quality, detail and accuracy and getting it right first time.
* Flexible and able to deal with a multitude of tasks at once, able to prioritise when there are apparent conflicts of time or resource.
* The incoming Senior Paraplanner will benefit from working within a professional office where there is a real team-spirit culture. Hybrid working (3 days remote working at home)
