Project Interior Designer

As a Midweight Interior Designer, you’ll assist in delivering a wide range of luxury projects from concept design through to FF&E selection and the production of detailed design intent information and presentations

You will be responsible for tracking the production of all drawings and other information required by the architects and contractors. You’ll be carrying out detailed and accurate drawing packages in line with Client Brief and Senior Designer guidelines also monitoring the budget for each project delivering these in line with client expectations and deadlines.

You must have great knowledge of interior Architecture & Design as well as FF&E products, finishes, their fabrication techniques and operational applications. The role requires the following qualities & skills:
Supporting the senior designer on projects from concept to completion.
Manage your own projects with direction from senior designer.
Be confident in using SketchUp, Adobe, AutoCAD, Indesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
Regular updates on your projects and progress.
Produce full design development packages.
Creating all project documentation.
Produce creative & considered spatial planning drawings.
Managing budget for each project.
Ensure products are specified and projects are delivered on time.
Creating and maintaining the installation schedule.
Able to travel when needed
A passion for luxury design and a true team player
