Are you looking for your next leadership position in b2b sales?

We are looking for a Team Leader in Luton who can drive a team of Sales Agents for a company helping 1000's of businesses across the UK radically reduce their bills through the use of innovative technology.

Based out of their office in Luton, you'll lead a team of 10+ agents on their journey to reaching personal/team targets whilst facilitating personal and professional improvement and driving a high-performance culture.

Tasks:

* Oversee and manage a team of telesales reps in achieving sales targets and KPI's
* Conduct regular and ongoing coaching and mentoring sessions to dive performance improvement within the team.
* Monitor and asses individual and team performance through call monitoring and KPI's
* Foster a positive, collaborative and high performance work culture within the team.
* Help team members provide excellent customer service and a smooth sales journey.

About you:

* 12+ months experience in leading a sales team
* Target driven, self-motivated and dedicated
* Experienced in pitching, negotiating, objection handling.
* Outstanding communication skills
* Enjoy building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
* Tactful in your approach to customer

About the role:

* Based out of Luton office
* 35k Salary with uncapped commission (realistic OTE: 55-60k)
* 2 stage interview process and quick starts.
