As our business continues to grow, we’re hiring for our very first boutique Located in the heart of Brighton Lanes, our store will be our opportunity to bring the brand to life for our customers, providing not only a first-class shopping experience but also offering a number of complimentary services such as jewellery making, engraving, piercing and events. As our first sales associates, you will have a really important role in delivering our vision. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Brand Ambassador – Championing and advocating for the brand 
  • Customer Service – Promote brand’s image and offer highest standard of customer service in order to create memorable store experiences 
  • Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of products and services offered in store in order to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Visual Merchandising – With the assistance of store manager and head office, merchandise store to showcase key preforming products and new collections 
  • Operations – Complete sales, refunds, and deliveries using the till in store to maintain stock accuracy and ensure customers transactions are accurately fulfilled
  • Achieve KPI’s - Working both individually and with the team to achieve sales targets and various KPI’s 

Valuable Qualities:  

  • You have a passion for fashion and jewellery and are always up to date on the latest trends 
  • You consider yourself creative, and love to problem solve
  • You love working with like-minded people to collaborate in creating a positive environment for coworkers and customers

  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
