Quality Environmental Health and Safety QHSE Manager

Are you passionate about environmental, health, and safety? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to compliance?
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our Quality Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting our Health & Safety function, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
Ensure compliance with COMAH regulations and submit Safety Report to HSE
Engage with regulatory agencies for compliance with REACH and Environment Agency regulations
Act as contact point with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and stakeholders
Participate in Lufthansa Technik EHS community and attend EHS Summits
NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of COMAH regulations and experience in developing safety management systems for sites handling hazardous substances
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
Ability to travel as needed to support EHS initiatives, attend meetings, and participate in training, conferences, and industry events
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Office environment, based in Hayes
