Working to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of Node4’s ISO certified management systems, covering quality, information security, environmental, energy, business continuity and IT service.

Supporting the management of non-conformities, incidents, risks and opportunities to improve.
Ensuring all employees receive training relating to our management systems, including information security and environmental
Ensuring policy and process documents deemed required by Node4 or an interested party are in place, controlled, available and uniform
Ensuring policy and process documents are periodically reviewed and approved for suitability and adequacy
Planning and undertaking internal audits;
Work with the business to progress improvements opportunities and risks identified in internal audits.
Supporting with the preparation and undertaking of periodic management performance reviews of our management systems.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
