Architectural Technician (6-Month Contract)
Daily rate: £240-£280
Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative construction design projects? Join a dynamic team at a leading construction design company based in Bolton. We specialize in a variety of projects, with a primary focus on fire service, leisure, and school developments ranging from £500k to £5m in value.
Position Overview: As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, working on diverse assignments within the fire service, leisure, and school sectors. This is a 6-month initial contract position based in our Bolton office, offering the chance to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact on high-profile projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
* Provide technical support in the design and planning phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and quality of construction work.
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in construction design projects.
* Proficiency in REVIT and other relevant design software.
* Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
* Relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field.
* Flexibility to adapt to project requirements.
Contract Details:
* Daily Rate: £240-£280
