We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head of Drama / Performing Arts Lead who is QTS qualified with extensive teaching experience in high-performing schools and effective management/leadership skills.
Working as the Head of Drama / Performing Arts Lead you will lead the team in the provision of an excellent, engaging and innovative curriculum.
As the Head of Drama / Performing Arts Lead you will not only be passionate about your subject, and have exceptional subject knowledge, but will also have a passion and drive to deliver and engage students in their pursuit of subject knowledge, skills and creative expression.
Your duties and responsibilities as the Head of Drama / Performing Arts Lead will include:
~ Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant or related field, alongside QTS certification

~ Possesses effective management skills, fostering stakeholder buy-in and encouraging creativity, alongside a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
