Compliance Training & Competency Supervisor

London (Hybrid working)

£70,000 Basic + bonus & benefits.

Are you an experienced Training & Competency Compliance Supervisor from a Wealth Management firm with excellent verbal communication skills?

Would you like to change roles and join an international financial services firm, to expand the use of your skill set in the new environment?

Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening based in London with hybrid working 2/3 days a week from home.

You will support the business in liaising with compliance on regulatory matters, assessing and advising on how changes impact the business in various areas, along with guidance from the compliance team, lead the implementing and monitoring of appropriate policies for compliance with FCA regulations. In addition you will roll out training to the team on compliance and quality matters.

In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability and confidence to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders, a proven track record in T&C Compliance within a corporate wealth firm, in addition to the below:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified would be advantageous.
  • Proven communicator with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge particularly around pensions and investments.
  • Strong understanding of the FCA regulations and ability to maintain knowledge as they change.
  • A desire to work outside of your comfort zone and use your skill set in new ways to support the business.
