We are seeking suitably qualified Landscape Architect & Landscape Planners with a diverse track record to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. Independently managing smaller projects and supporting delivery of specific tasks within larger projects.
Prepare technical information for landscape infrastructure, development and improvement projects, which may include:
Landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) for both linear and site-based projects;
Preliminary/sketch and detailed design including general arrangement drawings, hard & soft construction detailing, schedules & specification to support planning applications
Tender and construction packages, construction/post-construction inspections
Support the continued development of our relationships with existing and new clients in public and private sectors.
Supporting the preparation of bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects..
Managing and delegation of project work to junior members of the team.
Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent;
Postgraduate diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent;
Experience delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments;
Experience in the successful delivery of landscape and urban design projects desirable.
Experience of managing landscape design during the construction phase desirable.
Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
