Experienced Electrical Sign Fabricator/Installer

Job Description:

Are you an expert in the art of sign-making with a special talent for fabricating electrical signs? We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Sign Fabricator/Installer to join our energetic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret work orders, detailed drawings to construct signs.
  • Fabricate various types of signs, including channel letters, illuminated signs, pylon signs, and digital displays.
  • Handle and assemble electrical components such as LEDs and power supplies.
  • Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including welders, brake, shear, and electrical equipment, adhering to all safety standards.
  • Install signs at client location as per design drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical signs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and manage inventory of electrical sign components.
  • Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during both fabrication and installation.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in fabricating and installing signs.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to work with low voltage wiring.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power equipment, and electrical testing devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and comfortable working at heights.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate bucket trucks or lifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
