We are currently looking for an experienced Physiotherapist in the Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a temporary role for 2 months. Description:

  • Hours 09:00-17:00
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Pay rate- £14.50-£15
Responsibilities:
  • Symptom control, rehabilitation and maintaining quality of life
  • Providing physiotherapy to patients with complex needs
  • Working as part of the multidisciplinary team
  • Working independendently as a specialist physiotherapist planning, co-ordinating and delivering physiotherapy
  • Planning discharges
  • Being responsible for all aspects of own work
  • Formulate specific treatment programmes and monitor progress
Experience/ Qualification:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Physiotherapy
  • MCSP/HPC Registered
  • Evidence of continued learning
  • Experience in rehabilitation and respiratiory care
Skills/abilities:
  • Decision making
  • Experience in IT
  • Excellent communication
  • Confidentiality
  • Self confident
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Team worker
