Job Description We have a number of Estimator opportunities currently available for main contractors, fit out and developer markets

Responsibilities
Prepare and gather necessary documents, such as blueprints, specifications, and contracts, to accurately estimate project costs
Analyse and evaluate project requirements, including labour, materials, and equipment, to determine cost estimates
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify project details and ensure accurate estimates
Research and evaluate vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials
Utilize cost estimation software and tools to generate accurate and detailed estimates
Review and analyse historical project data and cost reports to improve estimating accuracy
Prepare and present cost estimates to management and clients, while ensuring adherence to project timelines

Requirements
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
