On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a PMO Analyst based in London on a hybrid working modelfor a 6 month contract.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to theFinance PMO Lead you will operate well-defined PMO processes insupport of the Finance Change team. You will be responsible forsupporting, monitoring, and reporting on the Finance Change deliveryand performance assisting PMO Leads and Project Managers with statusreporting, milestone reporting, RAID (Risk, Assumption Issue andDependency) management. Update ServiceNow with project schedules, costand resource forecasts and project status reports. Administer thechange control process.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support adherence to the Change Lifecycle andStandards, promoting a strong project governance framework throughsupport and quality assurance of governance activities.
  • Logrisks and issues, update on progress of actions and close down.
  • Record identifying information for new projects andresources.
  • Ensure project reports are provided on time byproject managers.
  • Support full month end financial managementprocesses.
  • Aggregate project level information e.g. costs,resources, achievements as input to a programme status reportincluding objective commentary.
  • Update the programme scheduleto show baselines, forecasts, status and dependencies.
  • Support project closure reporting, identifying lessonslearned and documenting benefits assessment.
  • Secretariat forproject-related meetings including quality review of submissions,issue pack and minutes.
  • Act as custodian and guardian of themaster copy of all the project, programme or portfolio info.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Experience of formal reporting of data.
  • Experience of formal project reporting to seniorstakeholders, including Executive level narrative and/or numericalreporting of multiple projects and programmes.
